Robert Klein KILLED last night!

Last night, I saw comedy legend Robert Klein at the Punchline in Atlanta, Georgia. He absolutely killed with a mix of new and old material. Unfortunately, the room was only half-full. Why that was the case, I have no earthly idea. He's in town working on new material for his 9th HBO special.

Good news - there's another show scheduled for tonight. If you are near Atlanta and want to see a living legend in standup comedy for under $30/ticket perform in an intimate venue, GO SEE ROBERT KLEIN TONIGHT.

Nikki and I went to Paris for my final spring break ever!  Promise! As we used to say:  WOOOO! SPRING BREAK! So, we took many photos including the following. To the left is Nikki and I heading to Versailles.  What a big home and so few bathrooms! Per the advice of one of my favorite comedians, Doug Benson, I had my first McDonald's McGriddles experience yesterday, and here's my two cents. The Positive: 1. The flavors work well together. I mean, what could go wrong with a syrup-infused bun made out of pancake batter? 2. The savory egg and cheese did a good job balancing the sweet of each McGriddle. 3. The sandwich seemed more portable than an egg and cheese biscuit. I wasn't worried about crumbs falling and leaving oil stains on a nice shirt or tie. The Negative: 1. The McGriddle buns were cold. (I'll chalk this up to the fact that I ordered this at 10:26 AM, four minutes before the breakfast cut-off.) 2. As you can see from the photo, the bun was smushed just a tad. Verdict: According to food scientists, there is an optimal combination of ingredients that makes food highly palatable - sugar, salt, fat, flavor, and texture - and delicious.
